Because all CleatIcons products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right.

Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items. Since every product is personalized and made to order, we cannot offer refunds for customer errors (e.g., incorrect name, number, or image submitted). Please double-check your customization details before placing your order.
